The angel at JFK here in New York who arranged for my new flight to Seattle on Saturday morning (snow out west was the culprit which saw me first being cancelled out of a fright from Detroit to Seattle, then flown to NYC where the same thing happened several hours later).  Gives me a day to wander the streets of New York!
