Remembering Norman Bates

You remember, the 'lead' character in Hitchcock's thriller Psycho. For the Monochrome Weekly Theme hosted by Aileni. More startling b&w's from around the world here.

I haven't seen the film, but know of course about the content and background. I think you hit it very well.

Love it. It is absolutely perfect in b/w.

I can hear the psycho music Michael. Well done.

Excellent on many counts. It has an authentic feel, due to my eye, to the composition, lighting and "grainy" look. And, I like the "MACANCY" in neon. Superb.

Thanks for visiting my blog Michael, hopefully we will see you drop by often.

Looks like a place to stay away from, in the dark anyway.

Yup, I saw the film, and it was creepy.

Great sign picture. Spooky and dark! Wonder what the original El Dorado would think of his name on such a 'charming' place...
